Our Story and Mission
First 2 Serve was founded with the goal of making essential first aid skills available to all members of our community.
We believe everyone should have the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies. Our certified trainers are passionate about teaching practical first aid techniques that are easy to learn and remember. With a focus on schools, nurseries, community groups, and local businesses, we foster safer environments through education.
Meet Our Team
"I have worked for HM Prison Service for over 21 years and currently work within the Physical Education Department. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and supporting a wide range of learning needs. As part of my role, I regularly deliver training programmes, including first aid, and understand the importance of creating a learning environment that is professional, engaging, and supportive. My colleague and I are passionate about sharing these skills and helping others gain the confidence to respond effectively in an emergency."
